Casa Samay has a main house and a separate guesthouse, both set around a private pool surrounded by tropical gardens. It sits inside Hacienda Pinilla, close to the beaches, good surf, and the golf course.
The guesthouse has its own living room, kitchen, and terrace. It works well for grandparents, a second family, the kids' nanny, or anyone who wants more privacy without being far from the rest of the group.

Beach Club & Resort Access As a guest of Casa Samay, you get Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club access for $5 per day per person over 10 (children 10 and under are free), featuring:

Complimentary Concierge We live and work in Hacienda Pinilla, so we know the resort and the area well. The Sea Scape Rentals team is available before and during your stay, and our concierge can arrange transportation, golf carts, restaurant reservations, a private chef, grocery stocking, massages, tours, and surf.
You get privacy on the property; we're here when you need us.

Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. Due to Hacienda Pinilla regulations, noise is strictly controlled. Loud music is not allowed after 10:00 PM. Failure to comply may result in fines or eviction.
